Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order after payment has been made, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel or alter it. After dispatch, the item must be delivered according to the estimated delivery time for your region before you may initiate a return or request a refund.
Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- Your order did not arrive within our Guaranteed Delivery Period (60 days from the purchase date), and no tracking updates have been recorded within the last 30 days of that timeframe.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and sent back with a valid tracking number.
Refund Requests Will Not Be Approved If:
- The issue resulted from circumstances within your control (e.g., an incorrect shipping address or ordering the wrong product).
- Delays occurred due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters, etc.).
- Other unforeseen events that we could not influence.
To request a refund, exchange, or return, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original method of payment.
Important:
Please do not send any items back to us or our suppliers unless you have received prior authorization.
